Starting off as a course leader and lecturer, Tom quickly progressed to running his own youth music programmes. In partnership with companies such as PyroRadio and Making Waves, his company has provided tutoring and training for a range of educational establishments, charities and young people. He has performed and produced music with a diverse range of musical acts and artists including Katie Brayben and the Wolf People and provided services in consultancy for the BPI, Connexions and Xpress it!FM.

Crash landing at the hub in December 2007, Tom has brought with him a range of creative and technical skills to help raise the hubs digital profile and online presence. Coming from a freelance project management background in the arts, he is consulting with the team on current and future projects developing and implementing digital marketing aspects of the hub.
