Jazz Services
Jazz Services, the UK’s jazz development agency, approached the hub to assess the impact of its National Touring Support Scheme for jazz musicians, and to evaluate options for its future development.
Working closely with Jazz Services and consulting a wide range of musicians and support organisations, the hub produced a set of findings and recommendations that included a new initiative to support emerging artists to tour for the first time. Our recommendations have recently been adopted by the organisation and Jazz Services launches its new Touring Support Scheme in April 2006.
